What’s up, bestie!?

If this is your first visit to my website, let me take this golden opportunity to share with you what makes my little shop not your average pizzeria, and tell you why you should order a pizza (or ten) from yours truly. 

We can all agree that the crust will make or break your pizza. My pizza dough cold bulk ferments for 68+ hours before being hand tossed and placed in our 575 degree stone deck oven. The industry standard is frozen dough balls made in a mystery factory somewhere else, thawed and served up without and love. Call me crazy, but I legit have Frank Sinatra serenade my dough on the Alexa while it does it’s thing in the mixing bowl. My deliberately longer process allows the crust to hold all of your favorite toppings while baking to a golden-brown perfection. Quit eating trash pizza and come enjoy the fruits of my dorky dough obsession. Do it for science.

Let’s talk sauce. Our proprietary pizza sauce recipe is a blend of fresh garlic, basil, Corto olive oil (the GOAT- peep my Insta for a BTS of the olive groves), and eight other spices made with Stanislaus tomatoes- the best tomatoes my money can buy straight from next door in California. 

Finally, I’m Christina, and this is my shop! No corporate nonsense here. I proudly lead my team of pizza nerds and school aged go-getters by sticking to my personal values of working hard, working smart, being honest and having faith. A portion of your sale always goes straight off the top into my registered non-profit, The Stella Foundation, dishing out annual grants to local 501c3 orgs that work right here in fabulous Las Vegas to reduce human suffering and help people to increase their quality of life. Pretty rad, right?
